Why is Drake Bell trending on Twitter?
Drake Bell is trending after Paramount Plus released their trailer for new live-action series based on the Fairly OddParents cartoon.
Even though the actor isn't in this new series, he was in another version of the show.
Drake previously portrayed a live-action Timmy in 2011's A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!, which took place after the original series with Timmy as a 23-year-old.
The actor even poked fun at the fact he was trending on Twitter.
Sharing a picture of him playing Timmy over ten years ago, he tweeted: "Am I trending for this? ?"
Even though Drake isn't on this new show, original Wanda and Cosmo voice actors Susanne Blakeslee and Daran Norris return as the much-loved characters.

Fairly OddParents: Fairly Odder sees Timmy Turner. the pink-hatted kid from the original animated Nickelodeon series, now all grown up.
In the new Paramount Plus series he is played by actor Caleb Pierce.
The rising star is just starting out in his career and has had small roles in The Big Bang Theory and Grey's Anatomy.
The Fairly OddParents cartoon aired on Nickelodeon from 2001-2017 with a story about 10-year-old Timmy, who goes on magical adventures with his goofball fairy godparents, Wanda and Cosmo.
In the Fairly Odder sequel series, which takes plays years after the original ended, Timmy entrusts his 13-year-old cousin Viv Turner (Audrey Grace Marshall) with his fairies.
This new series focuses on Viv and her stepbrother, Roy Raskin (Tyler Wladis), as the two face life in Dimmsdale with the help of the fairy godparents.
When is the Fairly OddParents live action series on Paramount Plus?
Paramount Plus has announced that its upcoming live-action The Fairly Oddparents: Fairly Odder series will premiere on March 31, 2022.
Season one will be made up of 13 episodes.
The Fairly Oddparents: Fairly Odder is executive produced by Christopher J. Nowak, who also serves as showrunner.
