Jeremy Vine discussed the Prince Harry and Meghan interview on his Channel 5 show and what it now means for the Royal Family. But the show host remarked that Prince Andrew’s relationship with paedophile Jeffrey Epstein has come to the forefront once more as more people begin to question the Royal Family and its role in the modern world. US lawyer Gloria Allred who represents the victims of Epstein’s sex trafficking said the allegations against Prince Andrew are far worse than the ones against and made by Meghan Markle.

Speaking on his Channel 5 show, Jeremy Vine said: “The elephant in the room here is Andrew, if you don’t deal with Andrew you’re showing you don’t care that this guy is waffling around the palace.

“[Where he is] still wearing his uniform being paid for by the public.

“And we’re all supposed to not mention it, is that it? We’ve got to deal with Andrew.”

Prince Andrew met billionaire Jeffrey Epstein in 1999 and stayed at several of his properties during their friendship.

In the wake of Epstein’s death, the world began to question the extent of Prince Andrew’s relationship with him as Virginia Roberts, one of Epstein’s sex trafficking victims, claims she was trafficked to the royal – claims the prince vehemently denies.

In November 2019, Prince Andrew sat down with BBC’s Emily Maitlis to set the record straight but many considered the interview to be a disastrous PR blunder.

He stepped down from royal duties in 2020.

Prince Harry and Meghan sat down with US chatshow star Oprah Winfrey to discuss their lives as royals.

The Duchess of Sussex alleges that there were “concerns” over the skin tone of unborn baby Archie from an unknown member of the Royal Family.

When asked who it was, Meghan replied that “it would be very damaging to them”.

In a post-show interview, Oprah Winfrey revealed the comments were not made by the Queen or Prince Charles.

Prince Harry also admitted he felt “trapped” in the Royal Family and that Prince Charles and William feel the same.

Buckingham Palace responded to the allegations with a brief statement saying: “Whilst some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately.”

Prince Charles was asked his opinion of the interview during a royal engagement at a pop-up Covid clinic but he was quickly ushered away.
