Brexit LIVE: Latest as remainer Bercow BLOCKS Boris Johnson’s Brexit deal vote – The Sun
bBORIS Johnson's Brexit deal is at the mercy of John Bercow today with the Speaker expected to block a Commons vote.
The PM wants a vote after a Remainer plot ruined his plans on Saturday and forced him to seek a Brexit extension from the EU.
But Mr Bercow has warned that he could oppose it, arguing that the deal has already been debated in the Commons.
It comes after Sir Oliver Letwin torpedoed Mr Johnson’s hopes of getting agreement approved MPs by successfully tabling an amendment.
A vote on the Letwin amendment took place on Saturday, but a vote on Boris' deal itself didn't happen after Tory MPs stormed out of the chamber.
No10 warned they would pull the vote if he allows more wrecking amendments like at the weekend.

NO VOTE
John Bercow tells MPs there will be NO vote on Boris Johnson’s Brexit deal today.
Refusing to allow the vote, the Speaker said it is the “same matter” as Saturday and therefore cannot be put to MPs again.
HERE'S JOHNNNY!
Speaker John Bercow begins his statement by saying “there are two issues one of substance the other of circumstances to consider.”
OFF YOU GO JO
One MP missing from the chamber this afternoon could be Jo Johnson – who was spotted cycling away from Parliament earlier this afternoon.
Universities minister Mr Johnson quit his brother's cabinet last month over Brexit.
GROW UP!
The SNP were far from impressed with the PM for refusing to sign the Brexit extension letter on Saturday – and they are not afraid to let him know.
Ian Blackford, the party's Westminster leader, has slammed Boris Johnson alongside a copy of a letter signed by Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon and Welsh First Minister Mark Drakeford to EU chief Donald Tusk.
He tweeted: “The First Ministers of Scotland and Wales have done what Boris Johnson childishly couldn't – signed their names on a letter to the European Union.
“Scotland, and Europe, know who the adults in the room are… and it's not the UK government. “
HOLD YOUR HORSES
LABOUR MP Ben Bradshaw – who backed the Letwin amendment on Saturday – has told No10 they have to obey Parliament's rules over Boris Johnson's Brexit deal.
He told BBC: “We made a decision on Saturday, the government's now trying to wriggle out of that – it won't be allowed to.”
Mr Bradshaw added that MPs “are not going to be bulldozed into making hasty decisions”.
