A London mews house just a few doors away from the on-screen home of serial killer Joe Goldberg’s in hit Netflix show ‘You’ is on sale for just under £4million.

Murderous heart-throb Joe, played by Penn Badgley, is in the English capital in the latest series after faking his death and lands himself in an apartment, which is filmed in Kynance Mews, south Kensington.

Narcissistic Joe is often caught peering through the windows of neighbours Malcolm Harding, played by Stephen Hagan, and his girlfriend, Charlotte Ritchie’s Kate Galvin.

The luxurious Kynance Mews homes are former carriage houses built behind larger town houses, some of which have now been divided into flats.

In the show, this gives divorcee Joe the ability to spy on his neighbours as he is located directly behind their abode.

‘They probably used it because it’s behind the town houses where Joe’s love interest lives.

‘In real life, there’s no serial killers or bodies popping up. You also wouldn’t be able to see into other flats.

‘Anyone who moves there will have a lovely experience. It’s a lovely location for filming because it’s so picturesque. It’s one of the more premiere mews.’

The property on sale, which is a stones throw away from the home of Mr Goldberg, who lives in number 10, is an opulent three-bedroom home.

The terraced abode also features a kitchen, dining room, patio, two en-suite showers and a utility room. The house, with a price tag of £3.65 million, has also been newly renovated.

Mr Harvey said: ‘The finish on the property is to an incredibly high standard, it’s second to none.

‘The owners changed the layout of the property so it’s more functional. There’s a kitchen and living room on the bottom floor and two bedrooms upstairs.
