Lawyer says Michael Cohen was ‘upbeat’ on his way to prison

Michael Cohen’s apparently “upbeat” about prison, according to his lawyer.

“Good Day New York” host Lori Stokes interviewed Lanny Davis Wednesday, and Davis exclusively told her of his client: “On his way to [prison in] Otisville . . . he called me. Tough time for him and his family, but he called me and was pretty upbeat.”

Davis related that the disgraced fixer said, “I have nothing to look forward to other than three years in prison . . . but one thing keeps me going: the power of the truth.”
