Jenny Mollen celebrates 40th birthday with a bat mitzvah in Israel

Jenny Mollen celebrated her 40th birthday by becoming a woman.

Mollen joked on her now-deleted Instagram stories that she was finally a woman on her 40th birthday as she celebrated with a bat mitzvah ceremony in Israel. She also documented the experience before posting a snap to commemorate the occasion.

Her husband, Jason Biggs, 41, her sister, Samantha Mollen, and Samantha’s husband all attended the celebration in Jerusalem.

The mom-of-two grew up practicing the Jewish faith and a bat mitzvah is the Jewish coming of age ritual for girls. It typically takes place when the participant is either 12 or 13 years old.

The foursome has been in Israel celebrating Jenny’s birthday for the past few days.

The “Live Fast Die Hot” author wore custom Alice and Olivia for the occasion. She later changed into another Alice and Olivia ensemble to continue the celebrations.
