VIRGIN Media broadband has gone down again for the second time in just two days.

Users reported that their internet was not working on Sunday morning.

Following a slew of complaints, Virgin Media said on Twitter that the issue has been "resolved."

However, over 3,000 complaints are currently being recorded on DownDetector.

    If your problem is still unresolved after eight weeks, you can complain to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.
