Brit girl Noiya Sharabi, 16, murdered by Hamas terrorists in same attack that left sister, 13, and mum dead | The Sun

BRIT teen Noiya Sharabi was murdered by Hamas terrorists in the same attack that left her sister and mum dead.

The 16-year-old's heartbroken family today revealed she tragically died alongside her loved ones.

Noiya and her sister Yahel, 13, disappeared during the militants' horrifying day-long rampage through Kibbutz Be’eri – just 4km from the Gaza border.

The teenagers' mum Lianne, 48 – who was from Bristol but moved to Israel when she was 19 – was tragically found dead.

Noiya was still missing this week when her loved ones confirmed Yahel had died.

However the devastated family today told the BBC her body had been formally identified.

Paying tribute to Noiya, the family told the BBC: "Noiya was clever, sensitive, fun and full of life – her smile lit up the room like a beacon."

They said she "embraced every opportunity to help others, particularly those less fortunate than she, and was a gifted student and linguist".

"Most importantly, she was an amazing granddaughter, cousin and niece. We are heartbroken she has gone, but forever grateful she was here," the loved ones added.

Noiya's dad Eli, 51, is still missing.

Eli's brother Yossi was also snatched by gunmen from his home in the kibbutz and was last seen being driven away.

Noiya is the 10th Brit to be confirmed dead following Hamas' brutal attacks.

Manchester United fan Yonatan Rapoport – who was killed in an attack on the kibbutz Be’eri – was the last person confirmed dead on Thursday.

Chilling pictures snapped this week showed the house where the Hamas attack on Noiya's family unfolded.

Uncle Sharon Sharabi broke down while watching shocking video footage of the bedroom where Yahel was slain in the invasion of Israel.

Moments after finding out she was dead he told The Sun: “Our suffering could not be worse than this — my heart is broken.

“Yes, having seen the pictures I can confirm that the room with the child’s bed is Yahel. I can see the blood and try not to imagine what might have happened there.

“It took all of my strength to look at these images but I am grateful to you for showing them to us — they will tell the world what the terrorists did.”

The tragic news of the 16-year-old's death comes after Israel blitzed Gaza the West Bank and Syria in the early hours of Sunday.

The overnight bombardment could be the precursor to the long-awaited ground invasion of Gaza amid Israel's ongoing efforts to wipe out Hamas.

For days, Israel has been on the verge of launching a ground offensive in Gaza, with tanks and tens of thousands of troops massed at the border.

Israeli military officials say Hamas infrastructure and underground tunnel system are concentrated in Gaza City, and that the next stage of the offensive will include unprecedented force there.

While maintaining its efforts to crush Hamas, Israeli officials have also spoken of carving out a possible buffer zone to keep Palestinians from approaching the border.

It is likely that the nation will follow a ferocious five-step plan for a successful ground offensive.
