DeMarcus Ware's Medball Routine Will Help to Slam You Into Shape
DeMarcus Ware just might be our new favorite Instagram fitness star, and his videos showcasing his ab workout and lower body circuit are full of great moves to replicate at home. Luckily for us, the retired NFL star is showing no signs of slowing down soon, as Ware recently uploaded a video of his medicine ball workout.
Ware’s commitment to hard work is so evident that one fan commented that it seems like he’s training to come out of retirement, but Ware replied that he’s “just keeping this machine churning 😎.”
While the medball circuit doesn’t have much benefit as a standalone workout, the moves all have merit when you slot them into different contexts.
