Actress Eva Longoria, 45, flexed her “voting muscles” today while encouraging Georgia residents to vote in the Senate runoff election on Tuesday. Wearing a red bodysuit, the Desperate Housewives alum showed off her toned arms and butt post-trampoline workout.

“Georgia, show me your voting muscles. 💪🏽🍑 If you have any questions today while voting, call the Voter Protection Hotline at 1-888-730-5816,” she captioned the photo.

Lately, the Grand Hotel alum been getting into at-home trampoline workouts, tagging the luxury trampoline company The Ness as she bounces her way into 2021. She first tried the trampoline workout in November, sharing an adorable video of her 2-year-old son, Santiago, bouncing along with her to a Daddy Yankee song. “Tried a new workout today and Santi wanted to participate!” she wrote in the caption.

She first got her trampoline from social activist Elsa Marie Collins. “This feels amazing!” Eva said, once she assembled it. But, she added, “it does feel harder” than the one she used as a kid.

Lined up in the background are a collection of dumbbells the actress uses while jumping, too. She also uses them to do lunges and other exercises before and after trampolining.

Aside from her trampolining skills, Eva told Us Weekly that she’s been doing “very serious weight training” since Santiago was born in 2018. She and her trainer Grant Roberts have showed off her wide-grip lat pull-downs, spinal twists, and deadlifts, along with shoulder presses and sled pulls.

Not to mention, she mixes up her routine with TRX, supporting her entire bodyweight in a set of (lakeside) inverted rows.
