Black Eyed Peas, Maluma’s ‘Feel The Beat’ Reaches Top 10 On Billboard’s Latin Airplay Chart
The Black Eyed Peas and Maluma‘s “Feel the Beat” has reached the top 10 on Billboard‘s Latin Airplay chart dated November 7, with the track jumping 20-8 in its 17th week on the chart.
Billboard noted “Feel the Beat” has completed the longest journey to the top 10 since Luis Fonsi, Sebastian Yatra and Nicky Jam‘s “Date La Vuelta” took 21 weeks to hit the top tier in October of 2019.
The jump into the top 10 comes as “Feel the Beat” saw a 45 percent surge in audience impressions to 7.1 million in the week ending November 1, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data.
“Feel the Beat” is the third single from the Black Eyed Peas to reach the top 10 on Billboard‘s Latin Airplay chart after “Ritmo (Bad Boys for Life)” with J Balvin and “Mamacita” with Ozuna and J. Rey Soul both topped the chart.
All three singles are off the Black Eyed Peas’ eighth studio album Translation, which debuted at No. 3 on the Top Latin Albums chart dated July 4 in the group’s first visit to any Billboard Latin albums chart.
