Carol Vorderman puts on jaw-droppingly busty display in boob-baring throwback pics
The former Countdown star, now 58, oozed sex appeal in a figure-hugging gown as she attended the Royal Television Awards at the Royal Albert Hall back in 2001. Carol Vorderman let her assets take centre-stage in the dress, which was slashed to below her bust and featured a halterneck style. Flashing her cleavage in the revealing ensemble, the stunning star showed off her famous hourglass curves, the garment clinging to her voluptuous behind. She paired the red and black number with scarlet stilettos and a sparkly black clutch bag, accessorising with sparkly dangling earrings.
Carol’s dark chocolate tresses were styled in a shoulder-length bob at the time, coiffed into curls.
She completed the look by accentuating her naturally pretty features with sultry smokey eye makeup and a slick of peachy pink lipstick.
The Countdown favourite looked fresh-faced and youthful as she posed for photographers in the throwback pictures.
Carol shot to fame when she joined the line-up on Countdown when it first aired on Channel 4 back in 1982.
She quickly became a household name and was a staple part of the show through several changes in host.
In 2008, she departed the programme and was later replaced by Rachel Riley, 33.
She went on to host ITV’s Loose Women from 2011 to 2014 and has also stood in as a guest presenter for Lorraine Kelly, 59, on Lorraine.
Since last year, Carol has fronted various slots on BBC Radio Wales.
This week, Carol Vorderman revealed some big news when she announced fans would be able to hear a lot more of her in the coming weeks.
It was revealed the two-time Rear of the Year winner will be joining the station full-time with a Saturday morning programme every weekend, stating June 8.
BBC Radio Wales editor Colin Paterson said: “Our listeners love Carol, so I’m delighted she is joining the team full-time.
