Did You Know ‘Aladdin’ Is Actually Naomi Scott’s Second Disney Musical?

Naomi Scott has undoubtedly been thrust into super stardom with Disney’s live action remake of Aladdin.

But, did you know the 26-year-old actress actually has a history with Disney and starred in another musical?

Back in 2011, Naomi played bass player Mohini or “Mo” in the Disney Channel Original Movie musical Lemonade Mouth, also starring Bridgit Mendler, Hayley Kiyoko, Adam Hicks, and Blake Michael.

The DCOM followed five high school kids, Olivia, Wendall, Stella, Charlie, and “Mo”, who meet in detention and start a band based off the lemonade vending machine outside the detention room.

In the movie, Naomi has a breakout song for her character in a solo number called “She’s So Gone” where she shows off her incredible vocals. Check out a clip below!
