Dimitri Snowden, Seeking Sister Wife Star, Accused of Domestic Violence

Dimitri Snowden may be in major trouble with the law.

The reality  star, who anchors Seeking Sister Wife on TLC, has been accused of domestic violence.

According to legal documents obtained and explained by TMZ,  the alleged victim of Snowden’s alleged crime is Christeline Petersen — who has been dating the polygamist for about a year and who many presume will be his next spouse.

Petersen has filed for a restraining order against Snowden.

She says that he’s been physically abusive during their relationship over the past 12 months or so … to the point it’s even frightened her two young daughters, per the aforementioned documents.

The allegations here are particularly heinous.

We cannot confirm their veracity at this time, however, of course.

In her filing, Christeline alleges that, back in January, she was woken up one day by Snowden “slamming my head into the headboard of the bed and he was yelling at me.”

She went on to claim Dimitri also shoved her head on the headboard several times and that she filed a police report shortly thereafter.

It gets even more gruesome and disturbing, too.

Petersen had told authorities that Dimitri was abusive during intercourse.

She claims “he choked me during sex, even though I told him not to, adding:

“The more I struggled the more he enjoyed it.”

Christeline says she felt as if she had no choice but to go along with everything, writing: “I stopped saying no after a few times, because any struggle by me would prolong the sex and choking.”

Christeline details how things got so out of hand one time she got really dizzy and feared that she was going to pass out.

She says she suffered bruises, scratches and redness around her neck from the alleged attack by Dimitri Snowden.

Christeline, who came to the United States from South Africa to be courted as a third wife on this controversial TLC program, went straight court after this incident and the judge granted her a restraining order.

As a result, Dimitri must stay at least 100 yards away from her and her two kids because she says they are afraid of him “as he often yells and punches the walls or furniture.”

Scary, scary stuff.

A day before these allegations went public, Snowden gushed over long-time wife Ashley.

“Love absolutely love. Your love and wisdom become richer, bigger and brighter with each revolution,” he gushed alongside her portrait while celebrating her birthday and Earth Day on Sunday, April 25.

“Your blossom is beyond beautiful. I love you to infinity and beyond.”

The couple currently anchors Seeking Sister Wife Season 3, which chronicles how several plural families incorporate new partners into their unusual universes.

Ashley and Dimitri reside in Los Angeles and he introduced two new women who have caught his eye in recent episodes.

One of them was Christeline Petersen.
