Drake Booed Off Stage In Surprise Appearance At Camp Flog Gnaw
Drake had to cut short his surprise appearance at Tyler, the Creator‘s Camp Flog Gnaw Festival on Sunday after he was booed off the stage.
In a video clip found on social media, the Canadian hip-hop star tells the audience, “Like I said, I’m here for you. If you want me to keep going, I’ll keep going.”
However, he had to face a huge round of boos and “NOs,” which resulted him exiting stage.
“It’s been love. I go by the name of Drake, thank you for having me,” he said before walking off.
According to Setlist.fm, Drake performed nine songs, including “I’m Upset” and Meek Mill‘s “Going Bad,” before leaving the stage.
However, Drake took the incident in a funny way and sarcastically posted about it on Instagram. “Plot twist…just signed a 10 year residency at Camp Flog Gnaw sorry kids see you EVERY SINGLE YEAR till you are 30,” Drake wrote.
