Echosmith Premieres ‘Lonely Generation’ Music Video, Announces New Album & Tour! (Exclusive)

Echosmith is kicking off a brand new era!

The multi-platinum alt-pop trio returned on Tuesday (October 15) with “Lonely Generation,” the lead single and title track of their forthcoming studio album – and Just Jared is bringing you an exclusive first look.

“Thank you so much for being patient and believing in us. We’re so happy and proud of this record and can’t wait for you to hear it,” they said of the upcoming album, due out on January 10, 2020.

“Lonely Generation,” as well as the album, are also being released under their own newly formed label, Echosmith Music, in a deal with Warner/ADA – and they’ll be heading out on the road next year for the Lonely Generation Tour, too!

The new track addresses the feeling of loneliness in a world consumed by social media.

“No matter what situation we’re in, we’re constantly being consumed by our phones and having the hardest time being present. This video really captures that, while also serving as a sneak peek into every single video we made for this album,” the band said of the music video.
