Ellie Goulding’s secret second wedding dress reveals nod to Meghan Markle

Ellie Goulding 's secret second wedding dress has been revealed – and it looks strikingly similar to Meghan Markle's.

The singer tied the knot last weekend with beau Casper Jopling.

They walked down the aisle at York Minster cathedral, with Ellie looking like a fairytale princess in a bespoke Chloé dress, designed by Natacha Ramsay-Lévi.

The flowing gown featured a Victorian-style neckline, full sleeves and a veil.

But it seems she wanted something a little different for her night-time do.

Ellie, 32, slipped out of her gown and into a much more modern dress for the evening, giving fans a glimpse on social media.

The Starry Eyed hitmaker posed up with her new husband, 27, in the gorgeous off-the-shoulder white dress.

The dress was a fitted floor-length garment with a sexy thigh-high side split that was embroidered with jewels.

Another peek at the dress was given by singer Serpentwithfeet – real name Josiah Wise – who took to Instagram to thank Ellie for inviting him to perform on her big day.

Posing up with the bride, he said: "Thank you @elliegoulding for asking me to perform at your wedding !! I am still in disbelief, but incredibly honored that you would invite my melodramatic self to sing at a celebration of love !!

"I had such a wonderful time & appreciate you for being sooo warm & welcoming !! infinite blessings to you and Caspar !!"

The second dress bears a resemblance to the Givenchy number the Duchess of Sussex wore as she married Prince Harry .
