Jacqueline Jossa smiles and flashes peace sign as Dan Osborne faces no further action after arrest
Jacqueline Jossa has been spotted out and about in good spirits as her husband Dan Osborne reportedly "won't be charged" following suspected assault.
The Celebrity Big Brother reality star was reportedly arrested at Jacqueline's 30th birthday party on suspicion of GBH (Grievous Bodily Harm) with intent and ABH (Aggravated Bodily Harm).
Dan, 31, was later released on bail following the incident, which occurred in November, and Essex police have now released a statement saying no further action will be taken.
The incident was said to be a "mass brawl" at the birthday bash that led to an alleged assault.
Dan was taken to the police station in handcuffs at 3am and was due to answer police bail last week.
The statement read: "A 31 year-old man arrested has been told he faces no further action."
Emerging from the gym with her exercise buddy yesterday (January 24), Jacqueline was all smiles as she clutched a large quilted sports and iced coffee in one hand.
In the other, she flashed a peace sign at photographers as she strolled calmly to her car.
As she walked, Jacqueline could also be seen chatting with her friend as she turned and giggled.
The EastEnders actress opted to wear black leggings, white trainers, and a thick grey puffa jacket as she braved the cold weather to work out.
Wearing her brunette locks loose around her shoulders, the star opted for minimal makeup and looked rejuvenated after a session in the gym.
While Jacqueline's friend chose a black sweater, matching leggings, and held a pair of Nike sneakers in her hand as she sipped on a smoothie.
A source told Daily Mail following Dan's arrest that Jacqueline was "100 per cent" behind her husband.
They claimed the mum-of-two "believes Dan is very much the victim in all this".
"Yes things kicked off, but Dan wasn't responsible for that and was actually attempting to calm everything down," they continued.
"She's got no doubt he will be cleared of any wrongdoing and is standing by him and supporting him totally."
Jacqueline threw a lavish party to celebrate her 30th birthday last year.
It was held at favourite Essex venue The Grand Marquee, and was attended by celebs such as former Towie star James 'Arg' Argent and Eastenders co-star Shona McGarty.
