Kenny Chesney Pays Tribute To Fans In New ‘We Do’ Video

Country singer Kenny Chesney has released a music video for the song “We Do,” which pays homage to his fans.

Known as the “No Shoes Nation,” the basic membership for the official Kenny Chesney fan club is of no cost.

“No Shoes Nation, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for loving this music and to share something special with you,” the singer wrote in the description of the video, which was directed by Shaun Silva.

The 4-minute-video features a collection of clips taken from his concerts across the nation, including shows in “Boston, Pittsburgh, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Anaheim, Philadelphia, on the 7 Mile Bridge out of the Keys and somewhere in the Saints.”

“I’ve wanted to paint this picture for a long time,” the 52-year-old singer shared on his official website. “But I never had the song that said what I needed to say about what we all share together. Once I did, it was a matter of how to build this clip in a way that captures the essence of it! Because you try to tell people, and they can’t quite get their heads around it.”

The song is featured on Chesney’s 19th studio album, Here and Now, which was released on Friday, May 1, 2020.
