Louise Thompson is happy her brother Sam Thompson decided to give things another go with Zara McDermott.
It comes after Zara, 24, shared a gushing Instagram post over the Made In Chelsea heartthrob, 28, telling him he is the "only gift" she wanted for her birthday last night.
The Love Island star's first picture shows herself cuddling and smiling with her boyfriend at an outdoor cinema.

The second shows Zara and Sam kissing to confirm they are back together after the former confessed to cheating on Sam.
The reality TV star wrote: "The best birthday I could ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever have wished for in my whole life.
"I love you Sammy. Having you by my side forever is the only gift I wanted."

Sam's sister, Louise, was the first of many to comment as she expressed she was happy about their news.

The fitness influencer posted underneath: "U guyzzzzzzz," which saw Zara reply with three love heart emojis.
Zara's pal and former Love Island star Gabby Allen also commented with six love heart emojis to show her support.
It wasn't long before many fans weighed in too, with one writing: "Ahh this makes me happy! Officially meant to be!"
Sam and Zara decided to rekindle their romance after separating earlier this year.
Before it was confirmed they were a couple again, Sam previously discussed forgiveness in an interview with the Mail Online.
"I believe in forgiveness. I understand the content – and I think in any walk of life you can't move forward unless you forgive," he said.
"Forgiveness allows you to heal. You can only heal when you forgive the other person and get over that."
