Matt Baker: ‘Definitely be popping up’ Countryfile host’s Top Gear pal in show BOMBSHELL

Last month, Paddy McGuinness, 45, appeared excited when The One Show presenter Matt Baker, 42, invited him onto Countryfile live on-air.

Now, the Top Gear star has exclusively told Express.co.uk he has discussed appearing on the show with Matt.

He said: “I will be definitely popping up on that [Countryfile] with Matty Baker.”

When asked if the duo have discussed a potential appearance, he added: “Yeah, but I don’t think he was taking me serious.”

Express.co.uk has contacted a representative for BBC for comment.

Last month, Paddy, Freddie Flintoff, 41, and Chris Harris, 44, promoted the latest series of Top Gear on The One Show.

But the trio’s chat swiftly turned onto the size of Freddie’s hands.

Paddy first got onto the subject when he joked his Top Gear co-star Freddie had been “made in a lab”.

The Take Me Out star then held Freddie’s hands up to the camera as he exclaimed: “I tell you what Matt, look at them!”

He cheekily continued in reference to Countryfile: “That could milk a few cows. He could put three teats in that at once!”

Matt Baker then invited Paddy onto the show, adding: “I’ll invite you onto Countryfile, it would be an education.”

Appearing pleased with the invitation, Paddy excitedly replied: “I would love that, please! Can we milk a cow together? I’m all over it.”

Elsewhere, Paddy has teamed up with his Celebrity Juice co-star Keith Lemon, 46, to launch their first ever live cinema experience, MovieFest.

The television duo, in conjunction with The Luna Cinema and Showcase Cinemas, will host a traditional outdoor cinema experience with a twist.

Fans will get to watch the classic film Dirty Dancing followed by a surprise finale and post-screening party with Keith and Paddy.

Discussing their latest project, Keith said: “It’s really exciting, it’s a dream we’ve had for quite some time and it’s going to happen soon.

“It’s going to be a big Dirty Dancing party basically.

“We will be on stage we will have a celebrity customer, and we will force them to rent out Dirty Dancing and then we will all watch it together.”

When asked which celebrity could be potentially joining the duo, Paddy added: “We’ve got a few people in the back of our heads where we will have to wait and see.”

Keith and Paddy’s MovieFest will based in Knebworth House, Hertfordshire from 16-17 August and 30th-31st in Tatton Park, Cheshire.
