My Sisters Keepers Evan Ellingson dies at 35 after previous drug struggles
Evan Ellingson, who starred alongside Hollywood’s Cameron Diaz in My Sister’s Keeper, has died at the age of 35.
As reported by TMZ, the former child star was found dead at his home in San Bernardino, California.
According to the coroner’s office, his body was found in his bedroom, with the circumstances surrounding his death being unclear at this point.
However, officials told the above outlet that there appears to be no foul play involved.
TMZ also reported speaking to Evan’s father Michael, who said his son was found at a sober-living home, and he had struggled with drugs in the past.

Evan started out as a child actor, making his TV debut at 13 with a one-off on the long-running soap General Hospital.
He earned a more noteworthy role in January 2007, when he was cast as Jack Bauer’s nephew Josh in the sixth season of the action-packed TV drama 24.
Not long after he was then cast in the popular TV crime drama CSI: Miami, in which he played the son of David Caruso’s Horatio Caine.

Evan’s breakout role in Hollywood however, was playing Cameron Diaz’s son in My Sister’s Keeper.
The 2009 hit film was an adaptation of Jodi Picoult’s melodramatic novel of the same name.
Not much is known of Evan’s life after this, with him appearing to have quit Hollywood over ten years ago.
Evan did speak out on his experience of being a child actor, telling Philstar Global how he had no regrets about finding fame at a young age.
He said: “I never had the same childhood experience with my friends. I never had more time with them. However, my childhood was a cool one.
“I was busy doing the things I love. I had no regrets because I found my passion for acting early on.”
