Naomi Campbell has become a mother at 50, she has revealed.

The supermodel revealed the news on Instagram as she gushed that there is "no greater love."

Naomi shared a beautiful picture of her baby daughter’s tiny feet resting in her hand.

She wrote: “A beautiful little blessing has chosen me to be her mother, So honoured to have this gentle soul in my life there are no words to describe the lifelong bond that I now share with you my angel. There is no greater love.”

Naomi has not shared any further details on her baby girl, including her name. She simply tagged her own mother, Valerie Morris-Campbell in the picture of her daughter.

Messages of congratulations immediately poured in from fans and friends.

One person wrote: “Congratulations, Naomi! You were kissed by God today.”

Another delighted follower said: “omg congratulations. God bless you.”

Actress Zoe Saldana commented: “oh my goodness congrats lady! What a blessing!!!”

Marc Jacobs wrote: “Oh my God!!!!! Today is the day?? How absolutely incredible. How lucky she is and how lucky you are! What a wonderful Mother you will be. Blessings all around.”

It is not known if Naomi is currently in a relationship.

She previously enjoyed a two month romance with Liam Payne back in 2019 and she also reportedly dated rapper Skepta in the past.

Back in 2018, Naomi had spoken about her desire to start a family in an interview with Vogue.

She said: “I’d love to have kids. I don’t discount anything in life. I love kids and always will.

“When I’m around children, I become a child myself. That’s the little girl I don’t ever want to lose.”

In another chat about having children, Naomi revealed that her age did not concern her.

She told the Evening Standard in 2017: “I think about having children all the time'.

“Now with the way science is I think I can do it when I want.”

She added: "I'll see what the universe brings me. For now, what the universe has delivered is very much in the spirit of a 'chosen family'."
