Olivia Bowen gives sweet update as her son decides he doesnt want to co-sleep anymore

Olivia Bowen has shared a sweet update on her son Abel after the little one decided that he no longer wants to co-sleep.

Olivia, 29, shares Abel – who was born in June 2022 – with husband Alex Bowen.

Olivia said that Abel has co-slept for months, but now he is sleeping in his own bed. She shared the proud update on her Instagram stories on Wednesday morning, 5 July, alongside a selfie of the pair as Abel ate his breakfast.

She told her followers: "The last two nights Abel has slept pretty much all night in his cot" before adding a crying eyes emoji.

Olivia continued saying: "7:30 pm- 4:30 am then till 6 am with us. Then last night was 7 pm- 5 am in his cot!

"We've co-slept for months now, so it's nice he's just suddenly decided, yep I like my own bed too. Who knows how long it'll last, but I'll enjoy it for now."

The sweet update on Abel comes just weeks after the Bowen family enjoyed a family holiday in Italy. While they were abroad Olivia and Alex kept her followers updated with their adventure.

Their adventure in Italy happened shortly after the couple celebrated Abel's first birthday. Abel had a huge teddy-bear-themed birthday party, which Olivia shared on social media for her fans.

She posted several snaps from the special occasion as she said that it could not have been "more perfect."

Taking to Instagram, Olvia said: "A few bits from Abels 1st birthday party. We had the absolute best day celebrating our boy's first birthday, he just loved every minute it was so amazing seeing all our friends & family together for him.

"Couldn’t have been more perfect. The fullest of hearts."

At Abel's party, Olivia had her arm in a plastic cast after she broke her wrist. The Tv personality rushed straight to a minor injuries unit when she got off her flight from Marbella.

While at the hospital, she kept everyone updated as she said: "Back from holiday straight to minor injuries for an X-Ray on my wrist." After she had the X-Ray, she was clearly gutted as she wrote on Instagram: "A broken wrist. Gutted doesn't cover it" alongside a sad face emoji and a broken heart emoji.

Olivia was due to compete in a horse racing competition with her much-loved pony Dolly. She had been training for weeks with Dolly in the run-up to the event.
