Simon Cowell’s BFF Sinitta claims he ‘won’t marry’ girlfriend Lauren Silverman amid split rumours
Things got a little awkward last week, as Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden’s adorable daughter Hollie, eight, suggested that things were over between Simon Cowell and his girlfriend Lauren Silverman.
Radio Heart presenter Amanda was hosting an Instagram Live session with her 1.4 million followers at the time, telling her fans about a recent trip to 60 year old Simon's house when little Hollie made the revelation.
As conversation turned to Amanda’s boss Simon, 60, and his socialite girlfriend Lauren, 42, Hollie innocently declared: “I thought they broke up?”
Amanda very swiftly replied: “Don’t be stupid,” and a source and Simon’s spokesperson have since denied the claims.
However, Sinitta, a close friend of the music mogul, has since cast further doubt on the status of his relationship just days after Hollie’s hiccup.

Sinitta, 56, famed for being a pop star legend and Simon Cowell’s BFF, spoke to The Sun on Sunday, saying: “You never know what is going on behind closed doors — so I won’t buy a hat for their wedding.”
Dad-of-one, Simon, was also forced to slam claims that his partner Lauren Silverman has accused him of having an “affair” with Spice Girl Mel B last week, which Sinitta addressed too.

She continued: “There was no Mel B affair. I was around them when Mel was on the show and she was otherwise happy and occupied.”
She added: “They are really good friends and Lauren should not have been so worried and upset about it. She had nothing to be upset about.”
The Sun had reported that a “furious” Lauren had confronted Simon over his friendship with Mel, who he worked with on The X Factor in 2014 and America’s Got Talent in 2016.
However, a source told MailOnline: “Clearly this story is utterly ridiculous and completely pointless – because there was no affair.

“Simon and Lauren are very happy together as a couple. They have been in lockdown together in LA for more than six weeks now.”
The couple, who share adorable tot Eric, six, together, first met at Barbados’ Sandy Lane resort in 2004 when she was on holiday with her then-husband Andrew Silverman, who worked as a real estate mogul.
As well as Eric, Lauren also has a son named Adam, aged 14, from her marriage to Andrew.
