‘Vanderpump Rules’ on hold after Lisa Vanderpump’s mother dies

Lisa Vanderpump is mourning the loss of her mother, Jean, and putting “Vanderpump Rules” on hold.

Vanderpump’s mother died at 84 years old this week, Page Six has confirmed. The reality star is planning a trip to London to make funeral arrangements, an insider revealed Thursday.

The insider told us that the autopsy showed “there was some embolism that went to her brain. She collapsed and that’s what happened.”

We’re told Vanderpump, 58, is “very shocked because her grandmother lived to almost 100. She was expecting the same for her mother — a really long and healthy life.”

Vanderpump was in the midst of filming for her “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” spinoff, “Vanderpump Rules.” We’re told she will not continue filming for the immediate future.

Vanderpump’s rep confirmed the sad news to Page Six. DailyMail.com first reported on Jean’s death.

This has been a tough year for Vanderpump. Her brother Mark died of a suspected drug overdose at his England home in April 2018. She pulled back from filming “RHOBH” as a result and stepped down from her role as editor-in-chief of Beverly Hills Lifestyle Magazine as well.
