AS SOON as she turned 18, Kalsey Gillespie jumped at the chance of getting filler injected.
The young woman from Newcastle-upon-Tyne wasted no time in splashing out £850 on filler in her lips, cheeks, jaw, chin and nose.
Now 24, Kalsey estimates that she's spent over £15,000 on filler in the hopes of looking like a real-life Bratz doll.
Speaking exclusively to Fabulous, the beauty fan reveals her obsession hasn't calmed down over the last six years – and constantly gets top-ups despite the pain.
The model says: "The pain does not bother me at all, I would sit and get it done at any time.
"Any time my lips look flat I go. If it starts to disappear a little bit I get them plumped back up," she adds.

The cosmetic surgery fanatic has already booked breast surgery for this year, and plans to get a nose job, liposuction and BBL in the future, despite saying she isn't fussed about changing her body.
She explains: "It's not so much my body I want to change. It's more my face. I want to look like a Bratz Doll.
"I think that's probably where I started, you know. I was so obsessed with Bratz when I was younger, I used to look at their lips and think I want to have my makeup and stuff like that."
Kalsey loves the look of her new, chiselled face but not everyone agrees.

People have often commented that Kalsey is too young but she tends to ignore their remarks.
"People say 'Oh, you're too young, it's like you've been brainwashed by social media.
"And they think I've ruined me face," she says, adding: "It's my face to ruin."
Recently, Kalsey went viral on TikTok after massaging her migrated lip filler back into her lips, and she revealed the comments were not what she expected.
"I got so many hate comments, but it literally doesn't faze us, like, it just reached the wrong side of TikTok. It didn't reach me lip filler queens," she said.
"Sausage lips," "fake" and "Daisy Duck" were just some of the comments left under the video.
Despite the nastiness, Kalsey feels she looks better than ever now she's had her face pumped with filler.
"My face was so round but now my chin's chiselled, I used to have a bum chin but I've had the crack in my bum chin filled out," she says.
"My jaw is so sharp, like, my face is so sculpted, from the side it looks like I could cut a b***h with it."

Nasty comments do nothing to stop Kalsey wanting more procedures.
"It doesn't bother me, I just laugh, it's only social media, nothing matters. We're literally on a flying rock in space," she adds.
