Mum breaks down in tears as she slams coronavirus stockpilers for buying all the nappies in her area
WHEN Lauren Whitney ventured to her local supermarket earlier this week, she was already having a stressful day.
The mum-of-four, from Washington, Utah, had suffered a setback at work and thought she'd pick up some nappies for her 18-month-old daughter Rosalynd.

But in light of the coronavirus outbreak, Lauren couldn't find any in her daughter's size as a result of people in her area stockpiling.
The mum filmed the empty aisles of her local Walmart and posted an emotional video on TikTok.
Fighting back tears, Lauren said: "To all you crazy people buying out all the diapers, how am I supposed to diaper my child if I can't afford to buy 20 at a time like you can?"
The clip has since been viewed by over five MILLION users who sympathised with the mum's struggle.
Speaking to Today, Lauren revealed that she works part-time at a cinema while supporting her four kids and her ex-military husband who is now a full-time student.
Explaining how how "doesn't get paid very much", Lauren said: "We're low income families and so it's hard for us to be able to just go out and buy a large amount of things at one time.
"When we do have the funds to be able to go purchase things and it's not there for us to buy, it's very frustrating.
"So those people that are buying in bulk or that are clearing the shelves make it harder for those of us that either are low income or only get paid every two weeks or even once a month."

The mum says she'd been having a challenging week and struggling to find nappies was the "straw that broke the camel's back".
She added: "My emotions kind of bubbled up and I was like, 'Somebody needs to hear this."
But Lauren isn't the only person who has hit back parents stockpiling amid the coronavirus outbreak.
