White Castle makes their sliders small – why the fast-food chain makes its patties bite-sized

WHITE Castle makes their slider burgers small so hungry diners can tuck into more than one.

The bite-sized patties are steam grilled rather than fried.

They are cooked on a bed of onions and the steam from the vegetable adds an extra layer of flavor to the beef.

The fast-food joint makes their sliders small so customers can eat several fun-sized burgers, according to Mashed.

There are around seven grams of fat in each slider, leaving diners hungry for more.

The buns, which are baked and sent fresh to restaurants, are steamed alongside the burgers so they are soft.

Burger buns are sliced at the last moment so the bread doesn’t become dry.
