Woman shares game-changer way she puts vinegar on her chips to always get the perfect amount | The Sun

HOW do you like to eat your chips?

You might be more of a ketchup person, but there's no denying the deliciousness of the classic combination of salt and vinegar.

But if you always find you over do it and pour too much of the good stuff, don't worry – it turns out there's a simple solution.

One clever foodie shared their hack on TikTok and it's a bit of a game changer.

Pouring vinegar straight from the bottle might be the most obvious method, but it's not the best.

There's nothing worse than being left with a puddle of vinegar at the bottom of your bowl and soggy chips.

So it's no surprise the food fan, called Kristen, (@drowningabovewater94) was so impressed by the simple hack.

She filmed herself using a spray bottle to spritz vinegar over her chips to get the perfect amount.

Sharing the clever trick on TikTok, Kristen raved: "From now on this is the only way I will be putting vinegar on my fries."

Not only did the spray bottle mean she didn't ruin her grub by pouring out too much, but they were all evenly coated too.

One said: "Wait why didn't I think of this?"

A second commented: "I've always thought vinegar should be in a spray bottle."

"So even, so proportioned, so amazing! I want one," someone else raved.

Another said: "I've been doing this my whole life, the spray bottle is superior!"

But not everyone was convinced by the method, as some confessed that they like drenching their chips in vinegar.

"Yeah no… I need a pool of vinegar at the bottom of my fries," one admitted.
