Everything old is new again.

As Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s rekindled romance continues to heat up, Alex Rodriguez posted a collection of photos with one of his past loves: ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis.

Rodriguez — whose broken engagement to Lopez in April was quickly overshadowed by rumors she and Affleck had revived their long-ago relationship — told fans over the weekend that he, Scurtis and other family members and colleagues had completed a 54-day fitness challenge.

“Cynthia is a world class mommy to our girls … wrapping ice though?!?!?! LOL,” the former Yankee captioned an Instagram Story photo of Scurtis wrapping his leg (via Us Weekly).

He also shared a few photos with his arm around Scurtis and wrote of the workout crew, “? Liz, Ashleigh, Amanda, JoJo, Cynthia, and Angel all crushed it, too.”

A-Rod’s workout program at Miami’s 54D in the Coral Gables neighborhood cost a whopping $4,000, Page Six previously reported.

“The real transformation happens in your heart, in your soul, and in your spirit,” A-Rod summarized his experience on Instagram this weekend before adding: “I hurt my left calf. My right shoulder. My left rib cage. … Before this program, I was starting to think I am getting old. Now, I know I’m there already. ?.”

Rodriguez, 45, and Scurtis, 48, were married from 2002 to 2008 and have two children, daughters Natasha, 16, and Ella, 13.

Despite their friendly relationship now, Scurtis famously cited allegations of infidelity when she filed for divorce, claiming their relationship was “irretrievably broken because of the husband’s extramarital affairs and other marital misconduct.”

Rodriguez and Lopez, 51, dated for four years before they confirmed the end of their engagement on April 15.

Just weeks later, Page Six reported that she and Affleck were spending time together. Since then, they have traveled to Montana, Miami and Los Angeles, where they engaged in some “affectionate” PDA while out on the town.

Affleck, 48, and Lopez, meanwhile, got engaged in 2002 but never made it down the aisle.
