The stunning star showed her millions of followers how to make a gift which was essentially a framed ink print of each sons' hand followed by a message they wrote using scrabble pieces.

Starting off, she shared footage of Zachary covering his hand in ink and then printing it onto a piece of paper.

Captioning the image, Stacey wrote: "So every year the boys make their dads a Father's Day frame.

"So they wanted to make this years today (don't worry their daddy's don't watch my stories) so we won't ruin the surprise."

She then explained: "So we took out the paper that comes in the frame. Covered their hands in ink and printed it onto the paper."

Stacey instructed fans through the next step, writing: "Then the boys glued some wooden scrabble letters onto the hand and put it back in the frame."

Using her trademark 'Tap to make' method, wherein the star shares before and after shots of what she has created, Stacey revealed the finished product.

Both Leighton and Zachary had written "Love you Dad" in scrabble letters and then signed and dated the white frames.

It’s quick and easy to do, and all you’ll need is a frame, Scrabble pieces and ink pads, which Stacey explained you can get from Amazon.
