The recipe calls for cream cheese, a bread roll, mozzarella cheese, garlic, sugar and egg.
First Mon mixes her garlic, sugar and cream cheese together in a bowl before piping it into a bread roll which she cut in a crisscross pattern.
She then sprinkles her grated cheese on top of the bun before whisking her egg in a bowl and dunking the top of the roll inside.
In the video the popular foodie and home cook then places the bread roll on a tray and slides it into the oven, letting it cook at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
Once the roll appeared to be golden brown, and the cheese melted Mon removed it from the oven.
She showed off the oozing cream cheese centre by squeezing the roll and watching the filling pour out of the carefully crafted cuts.
She then proceeds to pull the roll apart to show off the stringy, melted mozzarella which had been layered on the top.
And the video left her fans’ drooling.
