A fitness influencer has been praised after sharing videos of herself in the gym with visible cellulite on display.

Personal trainer Erica Nangle, from Canada, often shares clips of herself working out and helping her 80,000 Tiktok followers with gym tips.

But now she’s been praised for revealing her cellulite after working out in a sports bra and shorts.

In one video, the influencer  points to the cellulite on the back of her thighs.

‘I just want to remind you guys that this is very normal,’ she explained.

She added that it is ‘totally healthy’ and a ‘sign of growth’ when you’ve been working out.

Later, Erica laid on the floor with a barbell over her hips, before explaining that a ‘little bit of stomach’ on display is ‘totally normal’.

‘Your belly is going to squish against the pad,’ she said.

‘Love your body anyways,’ she added.

The PT went on to explained that people don’t need to be self conscious. 

‘We’re all about that self-love in this household,’ she declared.

Later, Erica laid on the floor with a barbell over her hips, before explaining that a ‘little bit of stomach’ on display is ‘totally normal’

 Dozens of people then commented on the post, thanking her for boosting their self-confidence.

‘I started lifting heavier and eating more and got cellulite out of nowhere,’ said one.

‘Your content always makes me feel so good! Thanks girly!’ said another.

‘I get so self conscious about this! Needed this’ wrote a third.

‘I filmed myself running into the ocean the other day and was like wtf is that and almost didn’t share it so thanks for this reminder,’ added another.
