Lydia Bright shows off gorgeous new blonde hair after post-lockdown colour appointment

It looks like TOWIE star Lydia Bright was among those lucky enough to nab themselves an early hair appointment yesterday, as the star takes to Instagram to unveil her post-lockdown makeover.
Lydia, 30, is known for her bleach blonde locks, but it looks like the star was in serious need of a refresh as she shares a clip of her dark, grown-out roots to her Instagram stories.
“Ahhh, I have been waiting for this day for so long. Look how bad it was,” Lydia writes, ahead of the transformation.

Giving fans a sneak peek of the process, the star returns to her stories sporting a full head of foils.
“The foils are in BABY,” she says excitedly.

Taking full advantage of the beauty industry being back in business, Lydia treats herself to a manicure while she waits for her hair to develop – opting for a classic french tip style.
“Time to transform these talons whilst we wait,” Lydia writes, sharing an impressive before-and-after of her nails.

“So pretty,” she says.
Shortly after, Lydia uploads another close-up snap of her roots, writing: “Are you ready for a major hair glow up?”
Showing off her finished look, the star shares a clip of her fresh new ‘do, opting for an ashy blonde shade, styled in gorgeous brushed-out waves.
This is a big change for Lydia, who usually opts for a much warmer blonde shade.
“I can’t believe this is all my own hair,” she says, tagging Barnets Hair Company – a salon that counts Love Island’s Zara Mcdermott, Belle Hassan and Georgia Steel as clients.
Lydia then uploads a picture of the front of her hair, asking fans: “What do you think?”
The star seems pleased with her colour choice, as she writes: “Thank you everyone for helping me make my ashy blonde decision.”
“You da best @barnets_hair,” she adds.
Lydia has been keeping her hair in great condition over lockdown, and says this is partly due to the fact she’s had stopped using a hairdryer for months, in the hopes of improving her hair health.

“I am currently on a hair journey, trying to bring back my natural curl. It requires a lot of patience, specialised products and minimal styling and heat,” Lydia told fans.
