Kim Kardashian has admitted to getting Botox injections in an unexpected place.
The reality star can be tight-lipped about the cosmetic procedures she’s undergone — and has repeatedly denied plastic surgery rumors – but on a forthcoming episode of “The Kardashians,” she seems to make a surprising confession.
In a peek at Season 3 shared by her sister Khloé Kardashian on Snapchat, Kim is seen taking voice lessons.
While it wasn’t immediately clear what Kim was practicing for — with the Skims founder saying simply that the family is “recording an album” — perhaps the mom of four is preparing to release more music following her 2011 single “Jam (Turn It Up).”
While talking to her vocal coach, the Skims founder admitted she couldn’t use her neck muscles to sing because “half of mine are probably Botoxed, so I can’t … “
Kim admitted to having “a little bit of Botox” in a 2022 Allure interview, but claims she’s had “no filler,” adding,“I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips.”
The reality star has opened up about some procedures in the past, including the tummy tightening treatment she called a “game changer” on her abs in August.
Back in 2010, Kardashian suffered facial bruises after getting Botox before she turned 30 – an experience that was documented on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

On her now-defunct blog, Kim explained her doctor “had warned me about the side effects, as all good surgeons do, but because this was the first time I had done anything like this, I freaked out on the episode when I noticed the bruising.”
On the E! reality show she said, “I’m feeling like my eyes are on fire. What if he hit a nerve? Seriously, I know this is not normal. What I am feeling is not normal.”
However, it seems the 42-year-old superstar has gotten more comfortable with the procedure since her twenties.
The first episode of “The Kardashians” Season 3 airs on Hulu on May 25.
