Princess Martha Louise of Norway has taken to Instagram to reveal she has found love with a shaman and ‘spiritual hacker’.
Princess Martha Louise, 47, the eldest child of King Harald and Queen Sonja, shared details of her burgeoning romance in a heartfelt post yesterday.
The mother-of-three, who divorced husband Ari Behn in 2017, described her beau, Durek Verrett, as her ‘twin flame’ and vowed to love him from ‘this eternity to the next’.
The royal also hit back critics of the relationship, saying she did not choose her boyfriend to ‘satisfy the norms’.
Durek describes himself as a ‘spiritual guide and gifted healer’ and ‘sixth generation Shaman’ and claims he can reduce ageing by using his power to ‘access the atoms’ inside the human body.

Princess Martha Louise has long been known to have an interest in spiritual practises and last year travelled to India for a retreat with friends.
In 2007 there were calls for her to renounce her royal title after she announced plans to open a school that would train people to communicate with the angelic realm.
It is clear Martha Louise and Durek have bonded over their spiritual understanding.
Writing on Instagram the princess, who is known for her down-to-earth approach to social media, posted: ‘Durek has changed my life, like he does with so many.
‘He has made me realize that unconditional love actually exists here on this planet. He embraces all of me without question or fear.’
She continued: ‘I feel so happy and blessed that he is my boyfriend. Thank you my love, for including me so generously into your family…

‘And to those of you who feel the need to criticize: Hold your horses. It is not up to you to choose for me or to judge me.’
She added: ‘Shaman Durek is merely a man I love spending my time with and who fulfills me. So thank you for respecting my actions and my choice of partner.
‘All I know at this moment is that we love each other and I am super happy.’
Durek returned the affection with an equally gushing Instagram post, describing the princess as a ‘strong woman who lets me be me without judgement or confinement’.

Due to Norway’s rules of succession favouring sons, Princess Martha Louise is fourth-in-line to the throne after her younger brother Prince Haakon, 45, and his two children, Prince Sverre Magnus, 13, and Princess Ingrid Alexandra, 15.
It leaves the divorcée free to pursue her own career, which includes running an entertainment company and charitable foundation.

Their divorce was finalised in 2017 and was the first in the modern history of the Norwegian royal family.
