Cuddling up at festivals, stealing kisses on holidays and pulling funny faces for the camera as they hang out with friends.
In resurfaced social media photos, Princess Diana’s niece Lady Amelia Spencer and her new husband Greg Mallett look like any other young couple in the first throes of love.
The pair – who married in a lavish ceremony in South Africa last month – first met through mutual friends in Cape Town 13 years ago.
Although the newlyweds are now prolific Instagram users and boast 65,000 followers between them, Amelia and Greg documented the early days of their romance on their Facebook pages.
Greg, who now works as a fitness coach, first made an appearance on Amelia’s Facebook back in January 2010 – shortly after she left the £14,000-a-year Reddam House School.

The couple weren’t afraid to showcase their funny side in images shared in the first few years of their relationship.
When she first met him, Amelia’s husband had long blonde hair and was often pictured wearing chunky sunglasses and tank tops.
Meanwhile, Lady Amelia – who was 18 at the time – sported bright blonde highlights and made black eyeliner her signature look.
Princess Diana’s niece seemed to be relish her student years – with images uploaded on their public pages showing the couple enjoying nights out with friends.
One heartwarming photo shows the newlyweds kissing in front of a palm tree while enjoying drinks at an outdoor bar.
Meanwhile, another selfie shows Lady Amelia nestling into Greg’s shoulders after a night of paint-balling for his 21st birthday.
While attending a party together, the newly-wedded bride pulls a funny face as she plants a kiss on Greg’s cheek.
As the pair got older, Amelia and Greg – who relocated to London in 2021 – shared similar loved-up images which seemed to be taken in their family homes.

Years later, the pair recreated this photo in selfie-mode – but on this occasion, Amelia was dressed more casually in a grey beanie hat.
From 2015 onwards, Amelia and Greg stopped posted as frequently on their Facebook pages – preferring to share snippets of their relationship on Instagram instead.
The most recent picture of them both on Amelia’s page appears to have been taken at a wedding in the Lourensford Estate in South Africa.
In July 2020, Lady Amelia Spencer got engaged to long-term boyfriend Greg Mallett following a romantic proposal in South Africa.
The society beauty, who is the cousin of Princes William and Harry, met her real estate beau while they were both studying at the University of Cape Town.
The couple were together for 11 years before Greg, 32, popped the question at the exclusive Clouds Wine & Guest Estate in Stellenbosch.

Announcing their engagement on Instagram, Greg wrote: ‘So this was the best day of my life. 22nd of July 2020, I asked the love of my life to spend the rest of her life with me and she said YES.
‘Couldn’t be happier and I love you with all my heart @ameliaspencer15.’
Speaking to Hello magazine shortly afterwards, Greg explained how he presented Amelia with a pink box – which contained eight smaller ones.
He said: ‘In each box was a photograph of a “first time”. The final box contained a note instead of a picture, that said: “But most importantly, I know that you will remember tonight as the night that I proposed.”
‘As Amelia was reading the note, I dropped to one knee with the ring.’
‘I burst out crying,’ Amelia added. ‘I was in shock, I said: “Yes, yes, yes!” and gave him a hug and a kiss. I’m used to Greg being very romantic but I really had no idea.’
Charles, the younger brother of the late Princess of Wales, previously revealed that Greg had asked for his blessing before proposing in South Africa.
Taking to Twitter last year, he said: ‘So happy for my daughter, Amelia, engaged to her boyfriend of 11 years, Greg – it’s wonderful to hear them both so excited about their future.
‘Sending them both love, and every good wish for their life together. I love that Greg asked my blessing before proposing. Very sweet.’
In 2021, the couple relocated from South Africa to London shortly after Amelia’s big sister Kitty’s lavish wedding in Rome – with celebrations being spread over four days.
The couple tied-the-knot at exclusive venue at Quoin Rock Manor House on a mountaintop in the winelands of South Africa’s Western Cape on March 21.
The bride wore a custom Versace dress which took over two-and-a-half months to craft.
Speaking to Hello following their ceremony, Greg said: ‘My love for Amelia has been reborn.
‘Every day I fall more in love with this beautiful human by my side.’
