You can now buy Red Velvet flavoured Baileys and it sounds delicious
Christmas is the season of decadence and indulgence, it’s when cake is acceptable for breakfast and everyone is drunk by noon. Anything goes essentially, but why not carry through a little bit of that festive special treatment through into the new year?

For anyone that is fan of delicious and creamy nightcaps, Baileys are now launching a Red Velvet flavour here in the UK, and it sounds incredible.
The silky drink has been created in a collaboration with American brand Georgetown Cupcake and apparently taste just as delicious as the red chocolate and cream cheese frosting cake.
However for those whose sweet tooth has limits, you don’t have to give it a swerve as it is said not to actually be too sweet owing to the fact it has ‘cocoa running through it to provide a slight but irresistible richness’. Yum.
This is not the first announcement about Red Velvet Baileys coming on the market because it was actually launched in the US in Autumn, but has finally crossed the pond. But you can’t just pop in to your local offy or Asda because it not available in stores quite yet. All orders will be shipped on Friday 27 December, the day after Boxing Day, so you will be able to enjoy the tasty tipple by New Year’s Eve.

Wouldn’t sipping on the sweet chocolatey liquor be a great way to bring in the new year? You could even push the boat out completely and enjoy it with an actual slice of Red Velvet cake. However, for those that can’t actually wait until the drink arrives but are still desperate to sample a unique Baileys flavour you can purchase a version of the beverage that is Pumpkin Spice flavour at Asda.
The limited edition drink is a wintery treat which features cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg and would be perfect poured over ice or into a coffee, hot chocolate or pumpkin spice latte.
