JUVENTUS have launched a £58.3million offer for Ajax cenre-back Matthijs de Ligt.
According to Sky in Italy, the Dutch side would receive £49.3 up front.
It has been claimed that De Ligt has already agreed a five-year deal with the Old Lady.

FRANK LAMPARD has finally been confirmed as the new Chelsea manager.
Lampard, 41, has signed a three-year deal to succeed Maurizio Sarri in charge at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues wasted little time in agreeing personal terms with the club legend after Derby finally gave them permission to speak with their manager on Tuesday.
Owner Roman Abramovich held talks with the former midfielder while he was on holiday in St Tropez last month before giving the green light to the appointment.
