IT'S a new year and Premier League teams will be hoping to ring it in with some new faces as the transfer window continues.
There have already been some big moves across Europe and Spurs and Arsenal are locked in a battle for Jerome Boateng.
Meanwhile, Man United are set to propose a huge deal that would see James Maddison arrive at Old Trafford, as Jesse Lingard and £45m heads to the King Power Stadium.
Yet, the Red Devils are also targeting Wolves duo Raul Jimenez and Ruben Neves.

AJAX are willing to sell Hakim Ziyech this month for £42.5million, according to reports.
That could open the door for Arsenal to finally land the winger they are interested in.
According to Calciomercato, the Dutch side are open to listening to offers for their Moroccan star.

EVERTON have joined Arsenal and Manchester United in the transfer chase for Juventus defender Merih Demiral.

ARSENAL have stepped up their bid to sign Jerome Boateng from Bayern Munich by enquiring about a variety of options.
Sky Germany report that the Gunners have asked what his transfer fee would be – with reports claiming he would cost the North Londoners £12.8m.
Mikel Arteta and co are also believed to have enquired about Boateng's wages and a possible loan deal.
Arsenal are not expected to splash too much cash in this window, having spent around £150m in the summer.
But with the injury to Calum Chambers, they are looking to bring extra depth in central defence, with former Germany international Boateng keen to leave Bayern in January.
ASTON VILLA will turn their attentions to Everton striker Cenk Tosun, should Chelsea prevent Michy Batshuayi or Olivier Giroud from leaving.
Villa are in need a new striker with summer signing Wesley out until the end of the season.
They hope to attracting one of the Blues' outcasts, with Giroud particularly keen to depart as he eyes game time in an attempt to get into France's Euro 2020 squad.
Yet, the Daily Mail report that Dean Smith could switch his focus to Tosun, who has managed just five Premier League appearances this season.
