ARSENAL target Nicolas Tagliafico could be set for a massive pay-day due to a quirk in his Ajax contract.
Argentine Tagliafico, 26, has agreed to remain at the Amsterdam Arena after a fairytale run to the Champions League semi-final this season.
But a new clause in the defender's deal with the Dutch club could see his pockets lined by the Premier League giants.
According to reports, Tagliafico will have a release clause of £17.3million and any amount above that figure will be split between player and club.
That will see a massive profit on the £3.47m Ajax paid Independiente for him in January last year.

More now on the death of former Arsenal player Alan Skirton.
The English winger, who was the club's first ever substitute, was nicknamed the “Highbury Express” because of his pace and power.
Skirton scored 53 goals in 153 appearances during his spell with the Gunners from 1959 to 1966.
He was the North London club's top scorer in the 1961/62 season with 19 goals in 38 Division 1 appearances.
The winger was the first Arsenal player to score a European goal at Highbury and he was the club's first substitute for a competitive fixture.
