Arsenal fans troll Man Utd by posting old picture of transfer target Dybala holding an Ozil shirt – The Sun

ARSENAL fans trolled Manchester United by posting a photo of Old Trafford transfer target Paulo Dybala holding up a Mesut Ozil shirt.

Gunners supporters finally had reason to cheer this transfer window with the imminent announcement of £72million club-record signing Nicolas Pepe.

And it must have been nice to see old rivals United going through hell for once.

Juventus star Dybala is refusing to take a 25 per cent pay cut to join – despite it being imposed on the entire squad for failing to qualify for the Champions League.

And Reds fans fear his move could be like Angel Di Maria's disastrous spell in the 2014/15 season.

They're also likely to see a world-record £80m bid for Leicester's Harry Maguire turned down.

And one fan who posted the photo – which appears to be from 2015 – of Dybala holding Ozil's shirt said: "United are signing Ozil's biggest fan."

Another posted: "Dybala has Ozil's shirt framed somewhere in his house."

A fellow user called him simply: "Ozil fanboy."

It could come back to haunt Arsenal fans though, with Dybala seemingly intent on staying in Italy.

The Argentina star recently liked a fan's Instagram post calling on him to snub United and become Juve skipper.

Dybala's agent was in England to discuss personal terms with United ahead of a swap deal for Romelu Lukaku, 26.

But they were some way off agreeing on salary, putting the deal in peril.

And the Argentine has now dropped a hint that he in fact could be staying in Turin this summer.
