England make FOUR squad changes for Switzerland and Ivory Coast friendlies with Tyrick Mitchell given first call up
GARETH SOUTHGATE has called up Tyrick Mitchell and Kyle Walker-Peters to the England squad for the first time.
Four players have not turned up at the England camp including Reece James, Aaron Ramsdale and Trent Alexander-Arnold.
That trio miss out due to injury with Tammy Abraham also not available despite playing and scoring twice for Roma against Lazio in the Rome derby on Saturday.
In their place Southgate has called up Crystal Palace youngster Mitchell and Southampton star Walker-Peters, both of whom can play left-back.
West Brom goalkeeper Sam Johnstone and Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins also make a return to the squad.
Johnstone has appeared three times for England and will hope Southgate's recognition increases his chances of Manchester United offering him a contract this summer.
