Inside Tim Cahill’s £5.4m US mansion up for sale including eight bedrooms, infinity pool and indoor football pitch – The Sun

TIM CAHILL'S eight-bedroom mansion in New Jersey has been put up for sale for £5.4million.

The former Everton star's incredible property has a basketball court, an indoor football pitch and an infinity pool.

Australian ace Cahill bought the mansion when he joined New York Red Bulls from the Toffees in 2012.

It is located in the stunning borough of Saddle River in Bergen County – which is 17 miles from Manhattan.

The property covers over 10,000 square feet and Cahill has come up with some fantastic ways to fill the space.

If he does not want to have a kickabout in the garden, he can practise his skills on the indoor pitch.

And his mansion comes complete with a gym, spa, movie theatre, games room and a golf simulator.

It has a number of areas to entertain guests including a huge kitchen and a number of living rooms.

There's enough room for visitors to come round and stay as it has eight bedrooms and as many bathrooms.

Cahill previously admitted that he liked the location of the property as he could enjoy family time without being regularly spotted by fans.

But the 39-year-old is ready to move on to his next venture after he announced his retirement from football earlier this year.

The former Millwall midfielder is now focusing on a career in coaching following his 23-year playing career.
