LIVERPOOL star Alexander Oxlade-Chamberlain's stunning chip left former Manchester United and Arsenal striker Robin Van Persie totally amazed.

Oxlade-Chamberlain's second goal in the 4-1 Champions League win in Genk was a piece of sublime technique.

The Belgian side were only a goal down and had looked threatening when the Ox launched his masterpiece on 57 minutes.

Played in by Roberto Firmino, he somehow rasped the ball with the outside of his right foot to curl a stunning shot into the roof of the net, bamboozling Genk keeper Gaeten Coucke.

Van Persie told BT Sport: "The second, third and fourth goals were all amazing, especially the second. It's so beautiful.
