'90 Day Fiancé': Russ Mayfield Shared a Sweet Mother's Day Post

There are many fan-favorite cast members in the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, and Russ and Paola Mayfield can certainly be counted among them for some fans. The couple has become popular over the years with their appearances in the franchise’s many different shows.

Russ recently shared a sweet Mother’s Day post that fans will want to see. We have all the details you’ll want to know about it.

How did Russ and Paola meet? It happened in Colombia, where Paola is from, when Russ was there working as an engineer in the oil industry. They actually met at a party, and they settled in Oklahoma together, where Russ is originally from. They were married in 2013, and they have a son together named Axel, who was born in 2019. The family of three currently lives in Miami, Florida.

Russ and Paola have been in a variety of spinoffs in the wildly popular franchise, including in season 1 of the original 90 Day Fiancé. They’ve also been in seasons 1 through 4 of Happily Ever After, and in episodes of Pillow Talk and Self-Quarantined as well. Plus, the couple can be seen in a discovery+ exclusive series called Love Games. They’ll also be in a new discovery+ series called 90 Day: Foody Call, premiering on Saturday, May 29, 2021.

Mother’s Day was on May 9, 2021, and Russ posted a sweet image on social media that day that features his mother, Patty, along with Paola and their son, Axel in a must-see shot. The three of them can be seen close together as Patty smiles while wearing a red vest as she has a hand on Paola’s hand, which Paola uses to hold her son. 

Paola has short, cropped blonde hair with a big smile on her face as she holds Axel, who isn’t smiling for the photo. Paola and her son have on similar shirts in green, while Paola wears a black long-sleeved shirt as well with black pants on. The three of them are clearly in a kitchen with part of a Christmas tree in the background, so it must have been taken around the holiday season. The sweet family moment is a nice one to see.

Russ captioned the post on Instagram with: “Happy Mother’s Day! Especially to the two most important Mama’s to Axel and Me! (Axel still has work to do on the cheese’n 😁).”

Russ tagged his wife in the memorable image, and over 8,000 people liked the post while 70 people took the time to comment on it. Fans can surely appreciate the sweet post that Russ shared on Instagram. It’s always nice to see moments like this in the lives of our favorite 90 Day Fiancé cast members.
