Emmerdale fans left fanning themselves as Nate strips down and shares steamy romp with ex

Viewers of ITV Emmerdale enjoyed a steamy scene in last night's episode (October 10) as character Nate Robinson stripped down to his underwear for a passionate clinch with ex Tracy Metcalfe, which viewers described as a "treat".

Halfway into the episode, Nate (played by Jurell Carter) called in to visit Tracy (played by Amy Walsh) after she suddenly returned to the Dales last week.

But as Tracy told Nate she was "really happy" for him in his new relationship, the pair locked eyes and were overwhelmed with passion as they fell into an embrace.

The episode then cut to an ad-break and when the soap returned, the camera showed a nearly nude Nate sitting on the sofa as Tracy rearranged her clothes.

Viewers took to Twitter to share their enjoyment of the steamy scene with one writing: "Nate.. what a treat!"

Another added: "Nate & Tracey oh my days!" A third added: "Awwww Nate."

Nate was delighted to be reunited with daughter Frankie after months apart, but was quickly in an awkward position amid his blossoming romance with newcomer Naomi.

Their relationship now looks doomed after Monday evening’s episode (October 11) plus viewers think they've predicted a new twist in the storyline.

Viewers posted on Twitter their new theory that Tracy could be pregnant, which will lead to the end of her engagement and Nate's romance with Naomi.

Taking to Twitter, one person said: "Next thing, Tracy will be preggers #Emmerdale."

Emmerdale celebrates its 50th anniversary this month with the character of Tracy returning especially for the explosive celebrations.

Actress Amy Walsh explained why her character's return is only for a short while as part of anniversary.

She recently went on maternity leave after welcoming her first baby with partner Toby-Alexander Smith over the festive period and speaking to press, Amy said of her return: "It was lovely to be invited back for the 50th.

"When I was going on maternity leave Jane (Hudson), the executive producer, mentioned it was all happening around August and September and said if I wanted to be a part of it to let her know but when it came to it I just wasn't ready to come back full time.

"She very kindly offered to write me in and back out again so I didn't have to cut my maternity leave short but I still didn't miss out on the 50th celebrations so it was win-win!"

She added: "It's been really lovely seeing everyone again and being able to bring Bonnie into work to meet everyone as we're based in London now, so haven't been back before now."

Meanwhile, a storm is on its way to the village and producers recently shared a first look at the aftermath of what's to come during the special anniversary episode set to air on Sunday October 16.

Executive producer, Jane Hudson, previously said she wanted to make the hour-long special “a treat for all our loyal viewers”.

She added that she wants to ensure fans were “gripped to the edge of their seats as the stories unfold”.
