Emmerdale spoilers: Andrea Tate to seek revenge on Kim after devastating split from Jamie?

Jamie (Alexander Lincoln) and Andrea Tate (Anna Nightingale) could be set for a dramatic split on the ITV soap after Andrea finally told her husband the truth about how they started dating.

Earlier in the week viewers discovered that Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough) had initially paid Andrea to watch over Jamie when they studied at university together.

However Andrea began to develop feelings for Jamie and decided to cut all contact with Graham.

Andrea has kept this secret from Jamie despite the couple sharing a young daughter together.

Reluctantly, Graham and Kim Tate (Claire King) had agreed to keep her secret but Andrea decided Jamie deserved to know the truth.

However Jamie’s relationship with Kim is strained after years of being manipulated by his mum.

Upon his return to the Dales, Jamie made it clear he wanted nothing to do with Kim and was heartbroken to discover lies at the heart of his relationship.

Although Jamie initially told Andrea he was happy to stay he soon changed is mind and explained that he needed some space.

Is this the end for this Tate couple and could Andrea seek revenge on manipulative Kim?

Meanwhile, Ryan Hawley has reportedly quit Emmerdale after five years of playing Robert Sugden.

A source told The Sun: “Emmerdale fans have loved every minute of RobRon’s story, and what Ryan has brought to playing Robert.

“But he has decided to take a break from the show for the foreseeable future and try other projects.

“He will leave later this year, but fans can expect to see him on screen right up until the end of the year. He will be solely missed.”

Express.co.uk has contacted a representative of ITV for comment on the reports.

The fan favourite is one half of beloved couple, RobRon, with Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller).

It is not yet known how Robert will leave the soap and whether a tragic spilt is in store for the couple.

Fans of the show took to Twitter to comment on the news.

One said: “Ryan Hawley I bloody love you and you are a legend. I will miss you with every bit of me #robron.”

A second shared: “Omg no no no I’m in actual tears wtf.”

“I kind of knew it for a while now. I don’t know why but I had a feeling. Still a shock though. We will miss you Ryan. This is heartbreaking,” another added.

Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV at 7pm.
