I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! 2019 is almost here, and with it comes a star-studded new line-up.

Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway is one of this year's recruits, leaving the comforts of London behind for the Aussie jungle.

But who is the TV personality?

Born on June 4, 1967, Kate turned 52 this year, making her a Gemini.

Having grown up in Berkshire, she went on to study English and History at Bath College of Higher Education.

In the mid-90s, she joined the Southern edition of ITV, before catching the eye of head bosses at ITV Meridian.

Her career soaring, Kate went on to host GMTV for 10 years between 2000 and 2010, before heading to Daybreak on ITV.

In the meantime, she also worked on major Brit shows like Too Many Cooks and The Biggest Loser.

Now, the mum-of-two is best known as a presenter on Good Morning Britain, which she hosts each Friday along with co-anchor Ben Shephard.

Millions also tune in on weekdays to hear her present Mid Mornings with Kate Garraway on Smooth Radio.

The blonde bombshell is no stranger to reality TV – in 2007, she took part in the fifth season of Strictly Come Dancing.

Partnered up with pro dancer Anton du Beke, the ITV star impressed the judges, but she got the axed in week seven after dancing the Paso Doble.

Back in 2005, Kate tied the knot with Brit lobbyist and author Derek Draper in an intimate London ceremony.

The sweethearts have two children together – 13-year-old Darcey Mary and Billy, 10.

With episode one of I'm A Celeb kicking off this weekend, no doubt they'll be cheering her on from home as she braves the wilderness.
